Mock Sliding Sash Windows

Mock sliding sash windows are a fantastic way to maintain the traditional look of a sash window without compromising on insulation, weatherproofing and all-round high performance. Suitable for non-listed buildings.

Using the underlying construction of a modern, high-performance casement window, the mock sash window can be opened and closed in the same way. When closed, the frame is designed to give the elegant appearance of a traditional sash window. With compression seals and stormproof hinges, the windows are fully draught-proof and feature low-emissivity glass to meet current building regulations.

Our mock sliding sash windows are manufactured in our workshop from a range of timbers including various solid timbers including Sapele, European oak and Accoya. The windows are equipped with brass fitch fasteners, decorative horns and trickle vents as standard. We can offer your choice of Ovolo or Lamb's Tongue internal molding, with other options available on request.

We can further customise the appearance of your mock sliding sash window with plant-on glazing bars. These are integrated into the double-glazing and add give traditional character and appearance.
