It doesn't have to be a daunting project to install or replace a wooden staircase, even if the style of your home or premises seems tricky to match. We can offer any configuration of bespoke timber staircase, from simple and economic straight flights to complex multiple winder staircases that enable an elegant, winding descent without a landing. Traditional or contemporary, stylish or functional, we're able to create a solution to fit your needs.

Staircases can be built according to existing drawings, or we can carry out a site survey to assess your requirements. We'll advise on style and design, and check every relevant detail to ensure a perfectly installed staircase. If you're unsure about building regulations, we'll give advice to ensure that your staircase is compliant.

Our joiners fully assemble your staircase ‘dry' in the workshop, so that when it comes to installation there is minimum disruption to your home or premises. We use mortise and tenon construction where possible, for fitting of newels and handrails, and we cut all string spindles to length prior to the install. As a result, every component of your staircase fits perfectly and robustly when in place.
